The
Courts

So since Rosemary was about 5 years old the court ordered visits became less and less.  Its Rosemary's decision her mother would say.  There was no consequence for her mother if she did not do what the court ordered.  I first had to go to family court to try to get them to hold up the court order but they said they would have to have a team of lawyers to interview me and my family and the cost would be $7000.   No thought about any consequence for mother not going by the court order.  Isn't that contempt of court?  Over the years I attempted to talk with attorney's to force the matter in court but they all basically said don't try.  The judges will rule against you and it will be a waste of money.  One guy ( a dentist) told me he paid $50,000 in lawyer fees and nothing changed.  Mother had no consequences for her not abiding by the court order.

The fathers seem to get the short end of the stick.  I was told from the beginning that it's important for a father to have a relationship with their kids but when a father can't see their kids, it really doesn't matter.   Only the money!  Guess what, if i don't pay my child support, the state will come after me for everything.
